Recognized as a proven expert in Convention Center food service, Todd’s reputation with both clients and peers for integrity, professionalism and knowledge is among the best in the food service facility industry. Todd knows that success does not occur by accident, but is the result of careful planning and execution.

Early in his career, Todd joined ARAMARK, one of the largest recreation services companies in the world, in 1976. He managed the food service and merchandise service in such facilities as the Providence Civic Center and the New York Coliseum.

Promoted in 1982 to Regional General Manager of ARA Services Ltd., Todd assumed responsibilities for all operations in England, including the world famous Wembley Complex. In 1985, he was appointed Western Region Vice President for ARA Convention Center Group. Along with the complete operations responsibility for the Western area, Todd directed the facilities planning, layout and design work for all Western facilities. Some of the facilities Todd was directly responsible include: Cleveland Convention Center, Wembly Stadium Complex, Cashman Field Complex, Dallas Convention Center, Denver Convention Center, Denver Center for the Performing Arts, Las Vegas Convention Center, Phoenix Civic Plaza, Phoenix Symphony Hall, Reno-Sparks Convention Center, San Diego Concourse, San Diego Civic Theater, Santa Clara Convention Center and the Washington State Convention and Trade Center.

In 1992, Todd opened a restaurant in Tampa, FL, but despite its vigorous success, he wanted to return to the recreation sector. In 1997, he established Leisure and Recreation Services Consultants, providing food and beverage consulting services to public assembly facilities.

In 2000, Leisure and Recreation Services began a partnership with Comcast-Spectacor forming Ovations Food Services.
