Steve is responsible for developing new management contracts for Ovations as well as managing advertising, marketing and public relations. He is also responsible for on-going client services and business retention. Steve has provided leadership within the food service industry, for over 37 years. His work experience ranges from progressively responsible operational management positions with Ogden Corporation and Service America Corporation to ultimately serving as Western Area Vice President, responsible for Stadium, Convention Center, Arena, and Performing Arts Center operations, with revenues in excess of $80 million. Some of the facilities Steve has been directly responsible for include: Cobo Hall in Detroit, Colorado Convention Center, George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, San Diego Convention Center, San Jose Convention Center, Spokane Convention Center, Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Safeco Field in Seattle, The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Los Angeles Coliseum, Los Angeles Sports Arena, Seattle Center, Houston Coliseum as well as The Cow Palace in San Francisco.

Over the years, Steve has been responsible for organizing and managing the operations teams producing record-breaking revenues. Significant events include the 1996 Republican National Convention, The World Cup Finals in Los Angeles, Two World Economic Conferences held at the George R Brown Convention Center in Houston and at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, 4 NFL Super Bowls, MLB Playoff series, MLB All-Star Games, The Detroit, Long Beach, and Denver, the San Francisco Opera House, the San Jose Performing Arts Center, the Grand Prix Racing Events and numerous other world-class events. He has coordinated sponsors seeking placement and exposure within these unique venues for world wide marketing impact. Developing partnerships with brands and clients, he has created innovative solutions through strategic marketing alliances, resulting in significant revenue improvements for the host facilities.

Steve is an active member of the International Association of Assembly Managers (IAAM) and is the current Director at Large – Allied on the IAAM Board of Directors.
