Mark Healey has almost 30 years experience in the foodservice business. Before joining Ovations, he held several senior management positions at Aramatic Refreshment Services and Boston Culinary Group.

Mark joined Boston Concessions Group in 1991, where he has held progressively responsible positions ranging from General Manager up to Vice President of Corporate Development. During his tenure, he was responsible for convention centers, museums, ski areas, golf courses and off-track betting facilities. Mark also served as an Employer Trustee for H.E.R.E. Local 471 for the health and pension funds.

Mark was promoted to Regional Vice President, and then Vice President of Corporate Development, his duties included BCG brand identity, development, corporate RFP response team, strategic analysis, corporate Serve Safe administrator and ongoing web design facilitator.

In 2004, Mark joined Aramatic as its Division President – Food Service. He was responsible for all aspects of the Food Service Division including operations management, new business and concept development, as well as full financial responsibility.
