Before coming to work for Ovations in 2006, Larry worked for the international public accounting firms of Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton in New York City.

Larry also has significant experience in corporate controller and chief financial officer rolls in manufacturing, distribution, and service companies in New York City and Philadelphia, PA.

During 1986, he went to work for Quad Pharmaceuticals, Inc, a company engaged in the manufacture of generic pharmaceutical products located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

While at Quad, he served in various capacities including Controller, Senior Vice President – Finance, and ultimately General Manager, where he was responsible for the operation of the entire company.

Larry also spent eleven years as the Chief Financial Officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dayton, overseeing all financial and administrative operations including IT, buildings and grounds, a $30,000,000 charitable foundation, and a number of operating divisions.

Most recently he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Performance Home Buyers, Inc, a company in the business of buying, rehabilitating, and selling single family homes. While at PHB, he guided its successful public debt offering through the SEC.

Larry is a graduate of Penn State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
