Geno offers a wealth of operations, financial, human resource and event management experience in the foodservice industry. He has built a successful career providing on-premise foodservice management expertise for thousands of events at convention/civic centers and other venues.

Geno’s progressive career spans more than 21 years in the industry. With each new challenging assignment, he delivers strong and sustainable results. Based on his successes, Geno has earned a reputation for strengths in personnel staffing, training and development, controlling food, labor and other costs, and initiating marketing plans that contribute to business and revenue growth. He is equally adept at providing the vision, developing strategies and driving tactical implementation to produce results.

Geno has been responsible for revitalizing and enhancing overall service satisfaction at several of the venues that he used to manage. He is proficient in streamlining operations, introducing effective policies/procedures and controlling/reducing costs.

In addition, Geno has provided his expertise in fiscal management, business development, staffing, food and beverage operations management, customer service, marketing and event coordination to other notable clients such as the Baltimore Convention Center, SeaGate Convention Centre and Ervin J. Nutter Center area and sports facility.

In each assignment, he has demonstrated similar results in operations, service and profit improvement. Geno has accomplished and maintained operational efficiency by instituting cost control/reduction measures, recruiting well-qualified personnel and implementing procedural consistency while overseeing sales growth. The results have strengthened operations and overall productivity.

Geno earned his associate’s degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University, and he currently resides in Iowa.
